Coaching provides teens a safe place to be heard without judgment. It is my job as a life coach to help them reflect on their decisions, make changes when necessary, and above all, be happy! Every one of my clients has what it takes to be successful, sometimes they just need a little help believing it.

In hour long sessions, I help young adults evaluate the elements of their life. Where are they content? Where could things be better? We create an ideal future to build hope. What would that look like? What would that feel like? Then together we set small, self-directed goals to inch closer to that reality.

Along the way, we explore the elements that make them who they are—their strengths, values, and personality type. We turn their struggles and weaknesses into tools for building their ideal life.

Includes strength assessment, Myers Briggs test, VIA character trait analysis and four tendencies assessment.

Raising a teen can be hard, you are not alone in this. Parent education can be the answer to many of the typical struggles at home. I enjoy helping parents navigate the tricky teen years. If you would like to schedule a consultation to troubleshoot a specific problem, or if you would like to talk more often about an ongoing challenge you are facing with your child, I’d be happy to help.

Some specific areas I can help are: improving communication, setting clear and consistent boundaries, provide tools to help your teen cope with anxiety and stress, and improve the quality of your relationship with your teen.

Group sessions help teens give and receive encouragement while learning from each other and their therapist.
Groups will discuss issues they have in common and connect with other teens who need support in similar areas.
$300 includes:
